adobe worksheets pt1!

Photo rotoscope
This is a photo of myself edited with photoshop.  The tutorial taught me how give a photo a rotoscope cartoony effect.

Sketches:
This is a photo of me edited with photoshop.  This edit gave a black and white sketch style image.

Image in Type:
I used a photo of a peace sign necklace found on the internet, the I edited the photo with photoshop.  In this edit I used a clipping mask to put a picture into a word.  I really like this edit of mine compared to the rest that I have so far :D

Cut out backgrounds:

I used a stock image found on deviantart.  I edited it in photoshop.  The tutorial, even though mainly used with the eraser tool in the tutorial, it gave the option of using other tools as well.  So I used magic wand since the eraser tool takes so much time.

Colorize

Original:

Edited:

MEOW!  =^.^=
The colorized project was very simple to do.  Just add another layer and color it like a coloring book.  The only editing I added to the back ground copy is I used the burn tool to make the lines appear better through through the color layer.  It helped to give it a better cartoony effect and help the shadow show better as well.  The actual coloring part took place on another layer.

Diving boys and logofile

Edited
The diving boys editing was based upon the sheet that was given to work with the adjustments of the photo and some of the tool including smudge, sharpen and sponge tool.

The logo B and frog alien type thing was pretty much a task to learn and work with the Filters available with photoshop.

my second collage

<<<<<  Here is my collage, I decided to do my theme on photography.  Taking photos has been on of the hobbies I have enjoyed the most.  The photos with in the background and in the film strip are all photos in which I have taken my self.  I have a photo of a Nikon p-90 because that it the camera I use the most.  I also added the logos for Gimp, Picnik, and Photoshop Elements 8 because that is what I usually use to edit the photos.
