What are your thoughts about the article?
It is an okay article I suppose.  Gives some good information like do not put public your contact info.  But as for using a real photo in the profile?  Well.... there are some facebook "trends" for like have your favorite pokemon your facebook picture for a week and such in which is kinda cool to take part of.  And the real name thing..... some people go by a nick name a lot to wear that is the only thing people know them by.

Public but that is mainly because I have my artwork and photography up on there and I want to share them :)


Did you learn anything? If so, what did you learn or what did you already know?
I did not really learn much since many people been preaching this ever since myspace was the big thing.

Gif movie

Please click the picture to view the movie thing.  I made it and animated it in photoshop.  I drew and color the set and props.  For movable items such as the space craft, stars and word bubbles I drew and cut them out and moved the items for each photo.  I also had to add actions to the photos before I made the gif image.

Gif image, numbers

Here is my numbers, 1,2,3,4,5.  Please click the photo to view my animation.  I made it with photoshop.  :] I say this would be useful in creating gif images to place on websites.  

Question.  Can the same concept be use to create glitter in a photo?  and can..... this be done in the elements photoshop?  :]  Thank you!

Magazine Cover

This project was the magazine cover.  The magazine I chose to redo was Time.  It is based much on the barbie project since we had to use the same photo.  I found a picture of a city for my background and I blur that photo to help make it look more realistic.  I also added a blue tint on me to help match the background.

Typography project

Here is my typography project.  I wanted to go with an interesting and original idea here.  So I used the word rock and used the music idea for this artwork.  Parts of the R is a guitar when the rest is the AC/DC logo font.  The O is drums.  C is wired for a mic.  The K is a clipping mask of tapes.  I created this using photoshop.

Wordle

Here is the quick wordle thing I had to do before the typography.  It was created through the wordle website and I used the lyrics from a Led Zeppelin song "over the hills and far away" :)

I really like this project actually even though it is just as simple of clearing the skin.  I even used this idea at home on my own computer.  This is really helpful for editing photos of people with acne on their skin :)
